Kenneth Saundry graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. from the School of Communications in 1976. He began working in the real estate investment and development business in 1978 when he joined the company his father started, Saundry Associates, Inc. Since then, Kenneth has been in an active ownership and management role across a wide range of properties and activities.

Denise A. Berger

ASSOCIATE

Denise Berger serves as administrator for Real Estate Advisory Services, LLC projects. Her duties include all financial responsibility, hiring and overseeing subcontractors and working directly with each client to make their project work efficiently and to its best potential. Denise’s background includes community development, office management and real estate management. She holds a degree in interior design, has a Florida real estate license and is a licensed community association manager.
